According to Taiwan’s consumer protection regulations, for online purchases made through our store, you may request a return within 7 days after receiving your order, unless the item falls under products that are legally excluded from the 7-day return right.
Please note that this 7-day period is a cooling-off period, not a trial period. We kindly ask that you check the item, contents, and condition carefully before deciding whether to keep it.
2. Items Eligible for Return
You may request a return within 7 days after delivery if:
- The return is requested within 7 days of receiving the item.
- The item has a clear defect, was damaged upon arrival, or the wrong item was sent.
- The item does not match your order.
We are unable to accept returns in the following situations:
- The request is made more than 7 days after delivery.
- The item is missing original packaging, accessories, metal clasps, metal phone patch, gifts, or any included parts.
- The item shows clear signs of use, stains, damage, moisture exposure, odor, or any damage caused by human factors.
- The return is based on personal preference, slight color differences, or size expectations, after the item has already been clearly used.
For customized items made according to your personal request, such as special color combinations, custom lengths, personalized text, or custom accessory combinations, the 7-day unconditional return policy does not apply if this has been clearly stated on the product page or during checkout.
However, if a customized item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us and we will assist you.
5. How to Request a Return
If you would like to request a return, please contact us within 7 days after delivery and provide the following information:
- Order number
- Recipient name
- Contact information
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item or defect, if applicable

6. Return Shipping and Fees
- For valid returns requested within the legal 7-day period, the cost of returning the item will not be borne by the customer in principle.
- If the return is due to a defective item, wrong item sent, or shipping damage, return shipping will be covered by our store.
- For general returns within the legal 7-day period, we will assist in arranging the return process based on the actual situation.
- Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- The refund amount will be based on the actual amount paid for the item(s) in the order.
- If the original order qualified for free shipping but no longer meets the free shipping threshold after the return, shipping fees may be recalculated based on the final order amount.
- Refunds will be made through the original payment method or another agreed method.
- The actual refund arrival time depends on the processing time of the bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider.
